Big Bear Lake, located in southern California is approximately 3 1/2 hours from Las Vegas. It is a two hour drive from Los Angeles. Big Bear Lake offers homes and cabins from tiny rustic abodes to lavish estates. Prices start in the high $100,000’s and can exceed well over a million. Big Bear is known for incredible outdoor activities including, boating, swimming, hiking and skiing. There is a quaint village with shops, dining and other small businesses. Another location which is perfect for purchasing a cabin is Southern Utah. Located about 200 miles and three hours from Las Vegas. Southern Utah offers incredible opportunities for purchasing a cabin and for outdoor enthusiasts. Southern Utah is known for it’s scenic beauty, wildlife, National Parks, atv trails, fishing, boating, swimming, horseback riding, hiking, snowmobiling, skiing and cooler weather. There are many communities to choose from and cabins are available in all price ranges from rustic cabins to luxury chalets. Cabins range from 400 square feet to over 4000 square feet. Cabins on acreage are plentiful, although the more established and popular areas you will find cabins on smaller lots.
