Horizon Terrace South- Horizon Terrace South is located off Horizon Ridge Parkway in Henderson, NV. Pardee homes offers the GenSmart suite in two of their floor plans which is perfect for multi-generational living. Inspirada – Inspirada is a master planned community located next to Anthem in the Southern most part of Henderson, NV. Tuscany – Tuscany Village is a Master Planned Community located in the South East part of the Valley in the City of Henderson, NV. This amazing 24 hour guard gated community features a stunning, state of the art clubhouse, top ranked golf course and a golf club. There are two builders currently in Tuscany, Lennar and Century. Lennar offer the Alzato and the Tivoli series ranging from 2000 square feet to 3800 square feet. Prices start in the low $300,000’s and can exceed $450,000. Cadence – Cadence is the newest master planned community located in Henderson, NV. The community is close to shopping, dining, schools, and freeways. Cadence is a short drive to Lake Mead Recreational Park and is minutes to Lake Las Vegas. This 2200 square acre community is now selling.
