Pahrump, Nevada – Pahrump is located in Nye County approximately one hour west of Las Vegas. Pahrump encompasses 364 square miles and has a population of just over 36,000 residents. Although Pahrump has grown over the years, it still has a great small town feel with modern conveniences such as shops, restaurants, golf and an abundance of small businesses. Real Estate is diverse in Parhump with many options available for home buyers. Moapa Valley ( Moapa, Logandale & Overton) – The Moapa area is located approximately one hour north east of Las Vegas. This charming community encompasses 43.7 square miles and is in Clark County. The population is close to 6000 residents. Moapa Valley consists of Moapa, Logandale and Overton. Logandale is home to the annual Clark County State Fair and Rodeo and this area is known for it’s off road activities and it’s close proximity to the north shores of Lake Mead.
