The Smith Center of Performing Arts opened it’s doors in March of 2012. It was created to bring the best of music, dance and Broadway from around the world to Las Vegas, Nevada. Located downtown Las Vegas The Smith Center consists of 3 main venues, Reynolds Hall, Myron’s Cabaret Jazz , and the Troesh Studio Theater. They also have the 2 acre Donald W. Reynolds Symphony Park lawn for outdoor performances. Reynolds Hall can hold just over 2000 spectators and is designed over 5 levels. Myron’s Cabaret Jazz Theater was designed for more intimate performances and holds only 240 guests. The Troesh Theater holds 250 patrons. David M. Schwartz designed The Smith Center in an Art Deco design inspired by the Hoover Dam. The Smith Center has a 17 story tower with 47 cast brass bells that ring over 4 octaves. The Center has an elegant grand lobby featuring 19-foot tall chandeliers, spectacular sculptures and stunning authentic Italian stone. There are numerous dining and eating options throughout the center.
